Binding materials and cover finishes

We offer two types of binding: Saddle Stitching: this is where the pages are held together with two metal stitches, similar to staples from a stapler. The spine is folded. This works for books where the number of pages is between 24 and 64pp, not including the cover. Paper stock Table

Please find below a breakdown of the paper stock you can use for your book. Premium uncoated paper at 90gsm is the equivalent of the sort of paper you would use in your home printer with a matt look finish. At the other end of the scale coated papers have a sheen to them and the higher the gsm then the thicker the paper will be.
